Terrific portrait. I think the thick impasto signals a tradition of paint handling that instantly says expressionist. Because of that, I'm given to study your portrait more closely for its mood and feeling.
Hello Galina Nikolova, Thank you very much for visiting my blog, I very much enjoy your work, I hope many communicate and become a sincere friend!
Hi Galina, thank you very much for looking at my blog. I was pleasantly surprised that such a good artist as yourself find interest on my work. I was impressed by your oils, witch are very pawerfull and expressive.
Thank you Stephen. I chose this way of painting because it gives me the possibility to express myself. Hi Galina,As I've said earlier,I like your abstract style of painting and the usage of colors. This painting is no exception.I feel like doing at least one painting in impasto though it won't be easy!
Hello Adam.Thank you for reminding me. But when I started with this blog I was a little sceptic and never thoght that any artist or anyone else would be interested in the particular sizes of my paintings. So, I`ve made it.Hello Ramesh,Thanks for your encouraging. Try the impasto, I don`t think this will be very difficult for you. Best RegardsGalina
